Camp Blanding Named Top in the U.S. for Conservation Camp Blanding Joint Training Center was named the top military installation for conservation in the country. New Route Starts Service from Jacksonville International Airport Allegiant began flights to Louisville, Kentucky Friday and will begin flights to Norfolk Virginia June 14 with introductory rates as low as $54 one way. With the new routes, announced in April, Allegiant (Nasdaq: ALGT) will offer flights to eight destinations from Jacksonville. The two seasonal routes are expected to draw 6,000 visitors to the area each year.
