Homebuilder PulteGroup announced plans for its newest community, Double Branch in Clay County.

Located off of Kindlewood Drive, the community will consist of approximately 150 single-family home sites. With the announcement, the company now has at least two communities in every county in Northeast Florida.

“We are thrilled to introduce our latest Clay County community, Double Branch,” said Tony Nason, president of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division, in a release. “With the area’s significant growth, the market demand for new homes in Clay County and the value Pulte offers, we expect strong home buyer interest at Double Branch.”

Pulte closed on the property in December 2021 and will begin development of Double Branch in February. The company will begin construction of model homes later this year and will open for sales in late fall of 2022. Double Branch will consist of 50- and 60-foot wide home sites.

In addition to Double Branch, PulteGroup closed on an additional 144 home sites within the Grand Oaks master-planned community in St. Johns County. Pulte closed on the property in December 2021.

The new phase will be called Spring Park at Grand Oaks. Sales are underway at the Trails at Grand Oaks and will open soon at Summer Bay at Grand Oaks.
